Your Role: A Key Contributor to Our Operational Excellence. As a Fabricator/Welder, you are essential to keeping our plant running safely and efficiently. Your expertise ensures that our equipment is always in top condition. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and operating a variety of welding machines, including Oxy-acetylene, plasma, Arc, MIG, and TIG welders.
• Using common shop tools such as callipers, band saws, grinders, and drills to repair and fabricate parts.
• Working from blueprints and schematics to perform maintenance, repairs, or install new equipment.
• Maintaining a commitment to safety, housekeeping, and sanitation in all job duties.
• Assisting with the training of other team members and collaborating with other crews as needed.

The Profile of a Skilled Trades Professional. We are looking for a seasoned professional who can work in a timely and efficient manner. The key requirements are:

• 3+ years of training and/or experience as a fabricator/welder.
• The ability to pass a Machinist/Welder level B test.
• A valid California Driver’s License with a clean DMV record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• The physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work from a ladder.
