News Club Statement: Listed and released

The following released and retained list is confirmed today by Walsall Football Club.

The players listed here have contracts that expire in 2024–2025:

At the Poundland Bescot Stadium, David Okagbue, Emmanuel Adegboyega, Ross Tierney, Josh Gordon, and Mo Faal will all formally return to their parent clubs when their loan terms are over. We extend our gratitude to all outgoing players for their contributions to the Walsall Football Club and best wishes for their future endeavors. Harry Williams, Douglas James-Taylor, and Taylor Allen all have options that the Club will be exercising. Jackson Smith has received a contract offer, and Jamille Matt has agreed to a new agreement with the team. Talks with Joe Foulkes and Tom Knowles are still ongoing.
