This is an entry-level, seasonal role, and absolutely no prior experience or qualifications are necessary. Your Opportunity: Be Part of a World-Class Wine Legacy. As a Vineyard Worker, you are the first and most important step in the winemaking process. Your hard work in the vineyard is what makes our award-winning wines possible. This is a physically active, outdoor role where you will be an essential part of our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with all aspects of the grape harvest, including hand-picking grape clusters with care and precision.
- Performing crucial vineyard maintenance tasks throughout the season, such as pruning, canopy management, and suckering.
- Working as part of a dedicated team to meet daily goals safely and efficiently.
- Following all company safety and agricultural protocols.
The Profile of a Vineyard Professional (No Qualifications Needed!) We hire for a strong work ethic and a passion for the outdoors. The core requirements are:
- You must be authorised to work in the United States.
- The physical ability to perform demanding and repetitive tasks in various weather conditions, including bending, stooping, and lifting.
- A reliable and punctual attitude, with a commitment to early morning starts.
