This is a pivotal position where you will spearhead the design, testing, and rollout of our end-to-end O2C processes as part of a major Oracle Cloud Implementation Project. Your Mission: To Lead a Critical Business Transformation. As our O2C Specialist, you are at the heart of a global project to enhance our operational excellence. Your mission is to ensure that our order management, billing, receivables, and revenue recognition processes seamlessly transition to Oracle, setting the business up for long-term success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diving deep into our current O2C processes to map workflows, identify gaps, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Shaping the future by designing streamlined workflows and configuring Oracle to power our next-generation operations.
  • Crafting and executing detailed test scripts to ensure all configurations, integrations, and data migrations are flawless.
  • Creating engaging training materials and delivering hands-on sessions to empower our teams for the go-live.
  • Taking charge of cutover planning and providing hypercare support to ensure a smooth transition.

The Profile of a Transformation Expert. We are looking for a candidate with proven expertise in O2C process design and large-scale ERP transformations. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering Order to Cash processes, ideally as part of a large-scale ERP transformation like Oracle Cloud.
  • A solid track record in system testing, data validation, and creating clear, user-friendly process documentation.
  • Deep knowledge of order management, billing, credit and collections, and revenue recognition workflows.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and outstanding communication abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • You must have the right to live and work in New Zealand at the time of applying.
